Patches to address some of these issues were developed along the way and later discarded as not necessary parts of a fix for <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-4800" title="no automatic module load in newer kernels" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-4800"><del>LU-4800</del></a>. This ticket is to track such code fixes and make sure they aren't lost.</p> <p>Among those issues were expanded and improved error exits in init_lustre_llite. There's a clear need for similar fixes in init_obdclass too, but that wasn't done in any <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-4800" title="no automatic module load in newer kernels" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-4800"><del>LU-4800</del></a> patches.</p> LU-5186

In the near future I will base my work on top of this.</p> <p>Peter you can close this ticket as a duplicate of <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-3331" title="Crash during mount/umount during stress testing" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-3331"><del>LU-3331</del></a>.
