This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://testing.hpdd.intel.com/test_sets/bbc6367c-8889-11e4-b01d-5254006e85c2.

The sub-test lustre-initialization_1 failed with the following error in the MDS log:

12:35:29:shadow-51vm7: Are the lustre modules loaded?
12:35:29:shadow-51vm7: Check /etc/modprobe.conf and /proc/filesystems

Looking back into the MDS and OSS console logs during node-initialization-1:
