Its due to having separate MGS and MDS. This problem was reported in <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-424" title="conf-sanity test 55, 56, 58 do not work with separate MGS and MDT" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-424"><del>LU-424</del></a>. I have a patch that fixed the test.
