[LU-726] Test failure on test suite conf-sanity, subtest test_23a

This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://maloo.whamcloud.com/test_sets/5833b326-e573-11e0-9909-52540025f9af.

The sub-test test_23a failed with the following error:

test failed to respond and timed out

the std_out log shows that client print "waiting for mount to finish ..." only once, while the test is supposed to try 30 times and print that msg 30 times.
