[LU-733] Test Framework applies a timestamp when gathering logs after an error and this should be removed.

gather_logs appeneds a timestamp as part of the filename, this serves no purpose because the name is unique to the test causing the error and the logs will only be gather once.

In fact more than serving no purpose the timestamp actually makes the filename used [intentionaly] is impossible to predict.

This time stamp should be removed.
