lov.*-clilov-*.stripe* params not consistent with FS defaults

I think that patch should be reverted. </p> <p>Should I abandon patch <a href="http://review.whamcloud.com//20465?" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">http://review.whamcloud.com//20465?</a></p> <p>If you revive the patch the LustreError reported needs to be addressed.
