https://jira.whamcloud.com This file is an XML representation of an issue en-us 9.4.14 940014 05-12-2023 https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-8599 Lustre <p>The <tt>lshowmount</tt> utility was removed via patch <a href="http://review.whamcloud.com/10510" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">http://review.whamcloud.com/10510</a> "<a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-2675" title="clang: code cleanups for sparse static analyzer" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-2675"><del>LU-2675</del></a> utils: remove unused utilities" in Lustre 2.7.0 but as users move to this new release there have been a number of users that have requested for it to be restored.</p> <p>There is an existing patch <a href="http://review.whamcloud.com/17593" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">http://review.whamcloud.com/17593</a> "<a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-2675" title="clang: code cleanups for sparse static analyzer" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-2675"><del>LU-2675</del></a> utils: restore lshowmount utility" to restore the functionality, but it was being tracked under the closed <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-2675" title="clang: code cleanups for sparse static analyzer" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-2675"><del>LU-2675</del></a> ticket and not getting any attention. The patch needs a small amount of work to be fixed in the test case and to use the new get_param code.</p> LU-8599
