[LU-8825] Lustre MGT can not been re-mount ater activating nodemap function and adding nodemap rules

I mounted lustre file system, enabled nodemap function and added some rules by "lctl nodemap_add".Then I un-mounted all lustre and re-mounted MGT, error occurred. The error is in the following
