[LU-9335] sanity test 17l and 17k fail with ‘rsync: get_xattr_data: lgetxattr("*","trusted.lov",1573072) failed: Argument list too long (7)’

We’ve started running all our test suites with a default composite file layout (PFL) set on the mount point. With this configuration, we are seeing sanity test_17l and test_17k consistently fail with ‘Argument list too long’. Specifically, for test 17k, the test_log is:
