[LU-9625] remove "lfs ls" and "lfs cp" and references https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-9625 Lustre <p>Delete "<tt>lfs_ls</tt>" and "<tt>lfs_cp()</tt>" commands and any references to them in the usage and man pages. These commands are stubs since commit <tt>v2_8_54_0-73-g9d06de3</tt>, and more importantly were never used in any production setting.</p> LU-9625
