I found this breaks building rpms for both server or client builds. Also the lustre test rpm depends on the lustre iokit rpm but its possible to do --enable-tests --disable-iokit which will generate incorrect rpms as well. This ticket covers fixing these issues.</p> This fails on every platform that attempts to disable test and/or iokit LU-9758
