[LU-9760] Conf-sanity test 32a and 32d failed with 5

There is an issue when I tested the conf-sanity 32a and 32d,failed with 5.
Failure logs are below:
1.

I can locate the issue point in the conf-sanity scripts,but I can't fix this issue.
