[LU-9853] mount.lustre noisy on mount

                <project id="10000" key="LU">Lustre</project>

It seems that lately mount.lustre is very chatyy, every time I use it I have it complain that:

mount.lustre FATAL: unhandled/unloaded fs type 0 'ext3'

This is using ldiskfs and I believe zfs too.

E.g. when runing replay* or recovery* tests every mount attempt is generating this message.

After formatting an OST, the first mount does not generate the message, but subsequent mounts do.
</comment>
