<title>[LUDOC-10] MGT storage considerations and space requirements are not detailed (Ch 5)</title>
                <link>https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LUDOC-10</link>
                <project id="10070" key="LUDOC">Lustre Documentation</project>
<description>&lt;p&gt;Section 5.1 of the 2.x Operations Manual discusses the hardware considerations for MDT storage and OST storage. However, MGTs are not discussed. I believe that the doc should address both independent and co-located MGT/MDTes. The space requirements for both types should be added in Section 5.2 as well. I believe that the common wisdom is that 100 MiB is sufficient.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
