[LUDOC-170] Document OFD (2.4 feature)

Andreas has updated the glossary entry for obdfilter to define it as "An older name for the OBD API data object operation device driver that sits between the OST and the OSD. In Lustre 2.4 this device has been renamed OFD."

OFD needs to be defined in the glossary and referenced throughout the manual wherever obdfilter currently appears (many places). Since this is a 2.4 change, it is out of scope for the Lustre Manual Quality Improvement project.
