Description

sanity 133f and 133g both get skipped in CLIENONLY mode,
but tests are to run on clients on this mode.

It is reasonable to separate code of the tests so that 133f tests clients, while 133g runs on servers. Then in CLIENTONLY mode only 133g is skipped.
