Extents MUST be enabled for a 64-bit filesystem. Pass -O extents to rectify.
conf-sanity test_116: @@@@@@ FAIL: failed to mkfs for /mnt/d116.conf-sanity/f116.conf-sanity-mdt0
 
Lustre FS before 2.10 used to add ^extents to mkfs options. Need to add server version check to conf-sanity test_116 test
