      Description

      The Test-Parameters: (http://wiki.whamcloud.com/display/ENG/Changing+Test+Parameters+with+Gerrit+Commit+Messages) line may exceed 70 characters if a large number of parameters are needed to specify the test or environment.

      The commit message should still keep the actual line lengths at 70 characters or less, but the use of a linefeed escape "\" will logically concatenate those lines and any parsing of the lines, so they are exempted from the 70-character limit.
