Description

The copyright message for all files modified by Whamcloud for the 2.2 release should be updated with a copyright statement following the Oracle copyright at the start of each file:

 * Copyright (c) 2012, Whamcloud, Inc.

If the file was modified in 2011 and 2012 it should read:

 * Copyright (c) 2011, 2012, Whamcloud, Inc.

It is likely that build/updatecw.sh can be modified to add new copyright messages. Currently, it can only replace them.
