sanity test 133b was modified for LU-11375 with patch https://review.whamcloud.com/#/c/33162/ and landed October 9, 2018.

This test has failed twice since this modification landed; the failure above and https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/4ac6130e-cc4e-11e8-82f2-52540065bddc .
