Description

After upgrading from 2.7 to 2.10.5 unable to access 97050 files all in the same directory
Here is an example

bash-4.3$ lfs getstripe -d .
stripe_count:  -1 stripe_size:   1048576 stripe_offset: -1

bash-4.3$ lfs path2fid .
[0x224179d4c:0x1a0a:0x0]

bash-4.3$ ls -l Eta.0000707880.data
ls: cannot access 'Eta.0000707880.data': Invalid argument

bash-4.3$ lfs path2fid Eta.0000707880.data
[0x224179d4c:0x2883:0x0]
