      ''lustre-OST0000-osc-ffff9bd7f9820800 has lost lru_size: 0 vs. 100''

      Logs show -19, ENODEV, on some of the ioctls. Debug log doesn't include enough to be totally clear, but there seems to be some sort of disconnect/reconnect/eviction issue. I'm kind of guessing maybe OST0000 wasn't there when we applied the settings.
