recovery-small test_107 fails, for far, for DNE testing with 'test_107 failed with 1'. This test started failing on 8 April 2019.
Looking at a recent failure at https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/29425f24-5a99-11e9-9720-52540065bddc , the only sign of trouble in the suite_log is
mkdir: cannot create directory '/mnt/lustre/d107.recovery-small/dir_106': Input/output error
Looking at all the console logs, there’s nothing out of the ordinary that indicates a problem.
