Description

We are seeing an issue with a call to echo in sanity-lnet test 21. From https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/c19a1b92-8b00-47d1-9daf-86d5fdce856e, we see in the suite log,

This issue is not causing the test to fail, but should be cleaned up
