Description

The following combination of parameters in lustre.conf causes an error

options lnet lnet_health_sensitivity=0 lnet_retry_count=0
lnet_transaction_timeout=50

because lnet_retry_count is not expected when health feature is turned off.

The behaviour should be to ignore lnet_retry_count if LNet health is turned off, defaulting it to 0.
