Description

When discovery is initiated from a MR node to another MR peer, we will send the GET message from source NID-A, but the PUSH message from source NID-B. The PUSH will not be recognize because the peer doesn't have any record of NID-B yet and will drop the push. This will result in asymmetric information. The MR node will have a record for the peer NIDs, but the peer will not have a record of the node's NIDs.
