The warning message printed by lfs_migrate is outdated since about Lustre 2.7, and should only be checked/printed if falling back to rsync.

There should also be sanity tests added for "lfs migrate" with concurrent open/read+migrate and open/write+migrate (if they don't already exist), also with --block and --nonblock options and data verification afterward to ensure proper behavior.
