Description

During  tests  review some tests was not properly formatted and details was missed. So this task is to make ALWAYS_EXCEPT test consistent across test code.

Temporary disabled tests should follow code formatting conventions. With luck of details about LU- bug and improper formatting it is difficult to find reasons  why test was skipped, task number, patch and when it was skipped.
