[LU-13739] mount fails with SSK keys

Description

Client mount fails with the below error message. This is with "lustre02.srpc.flavor.tcp.cli2mdt=skpi" and "lustre02.srpc.flavor.tcp.cli2ost=skpi"

The server and clients have the correct SSK keys and keyring shows them as loaded.
