Statistics are important when trying to understand the behaviour of a cluster's network. This epic will track:
- LNet message timing statistics:
- How long a message spends on the different queues
- How long a message takes to complete
- Load/locking statistics
- The CPT architecture allows for processing load to be spread across the different CPTs, but there is no way to understand how heavily each CPT is being used
- keep track of time taken for CPT specific operations; example MDUnlink/MDLookup
