This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/99eb1259-ea98-4fee-b422-0dd2e6f538f5
test_27o failed with the following error:
able to create /mnt/lustre/d27o.sanity/f27o.sanity
The test sets fail_loc to OBD_FAIL_OST_ENOSPC on all OSTs to force preallocations to fail, then creates new files to consume already-allocated objects. It then attempts to create a new file, which should fail with ENOSPC.
