data "written" to last stripe of very large ldiskfs object can not be "read"

    Description

      ldiskfs max file size is 17592186040320 bytes, which 16777215 of full 1M and 1M without 4096 bytes.
      lustre tries to utilize 16777216 stripes (with 1M stripe size). write to the last stripe silently succeeds, read fails however.
