    Description

      References to lustre being a trademark of Sun should be removed.

      All files should have a "SPDX" comment identifying the license that covers them, then other license text can be removed.

            The SPDX headers are being added under LU-6142, though it would have been better to do it here

            The Sun trademark lines were removed under LU-14487.
