    Description

sanity test_429 fail 100% of the time when run with new Lustre clients, 2.14.51.142 or later and Lustre servers 2.14.51.141 or earlier. Patch https://review.whamcloud.com/32158 adds test 429 to sanity and landed to master on 12 May 2021.

We need to add a server version check in the test and run the test only if the Lustre server version if >= 2.14.51.142.

Looking at the failure at https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/3c63716a-ecdb-4b2b-8e7d-9f5c11202313, we see the following in the suite_log
