List the UUIDs of stale clients during a recovery

    Description

      It would be interesting to have the list of clients yet to be reconnected during a recovery. It would allow the user to check which clients are involved by looking into the logs prior to the failure of the server.

      A possible implementation would involve the creation of a new entry in /proc next to recovery_status which would display them during the recovery.

            It looks like this is nearly the same as LU-13654 but this patch has a debugfs/ file and that one prints to the console.
