Description

sanity-quota test_13 started failing with the error '2 cached locks' on 28 APRIL 2021 for Lustre 2.14.51.108 and, so far, mostly for ZFS testing; https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/bde96127-9cdd-4097-b7e7-4ea4738268cf .

Looking at a recent failure at https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/0f654ce1-17b8-4592-b9e3-5181ae0b9136, the last thing we see in the suite_log is
