[LU-15405] Imporove dom-performance IOR Test

Description

This bug addresses two issue with present test_IOR test under dom-performance

 

1. IOR randomize access(-z) requires blocksize > transferSize Adjust tsize accordingly 

ERROR: IOR will randomize access within a block and repeats the same pattern for all segments, therefore choose blocksize > transferSize, (ior.c:1485)

 

2. Adjust iteration count of IOR to 1/4 as higher count was making MDS run out of space
