When a server is waiting for clients to reconnect in addition to showing recovery (or waiting clients) state it is useful to show clients that have not rejoined yet.

This would allow system administrators to see if it worth waiting or if the clients are known dead and all alive clients are already back and the recovery could be safely aborted.
