    Description

      Patch https://review.whamcloud.com/45548 ("LU-15218 quota: delete unused quota ID") landed in 2.15.0 doesn't support Pool Quotas. The same should be done for PQ.

            This is likely to remain un-fixed for 2.15.0. If so, what behavior should users expect? Will there be silent failures, errors, or something else?
