LNet: add latency stats to lnet_selftest output

    Description

      Although lnet_selftest is able to run "ping" tests (vs. "brw"), it doesn't appear to be collecting and reporting any data useful for analysing network latency.

      Use this ticket for tracking activities on adding network latency data collection and stats reporting to lnet_selftest.
