Description

If the LUSTRE_VERSION definition in LUSTRE-VERSION-GEN includes a vendor tag, such as "2.14.0-abc123" include the vendor tag version ("123") as the LUSTRE_FIX component in the ocd_version field (i.e. 2.14.0.123). This improves identification of remote client/server versions via the mdc.*.import and mdt.*.exports.*.export parameters.
