If quotas disabled(i.e. enabled=none), but soft limit has been hit, lfs quota still shows grace period and an asterisk near the usage. It is confusing from the user point of view as quotas are disabled. This could be simply fixed in utils - don't print grace period and an asterisk when appropriate quota type is disabled.
