Update SUSE 15 sp4/sp5 for LU-15404 fix

Similar to RHEL9.1+ there is a trivial conflict when applying ext4-delayed-iput.patch. 

Unfortunately the surrounding context also differs from RHEL9.1+ so SUSE needs it's own variation.
