test_30b failed with the following error:

checking cli2ost...found 15/16 ski connections
Error checking ski of cli2ost: expect 16, actual 15
test_30b returned 1

This started failing suddenly on 2023-08-09 and never before in the past 6 months. The test itself was landed a couple of years ago, so it is likely that one on the patch landings in this timeframe caused the problem.
