The block size is 4k on zfs backend, the block used will be multiple of 4k. In sanity-quota 41, 'df' returns project quota value, and the result should match the result of 'lfs quota', but quota result is shown in 1k, if the real blocks used is not multiple of 4k, the results will mismatch.
