[LU-17310] e2fsprogs m_assume_storage_prezeroed test fails

Description

A new test case m_assume_storage_prezeroed added into e2fsprogs-1.47 has an expectation about exactly how the filesystem is formatted (specific number of blocks written by mke2fs), but this can vary depending on the filesystem formatting options.

The test case should be made more robust.
