Command 

lfs mirror extend -N --flags='nocompr' ...

results in 

lfs mirror extend: unsupported mirror flags: nocompr

'nocompr' flag is required for the compress feature and particularly is used by hot-pools when a file is replicated from pool to pool and it is required to keep (no)compression property of the file.
