test_34h failed with the following error:

New size wrong 10485760 != 1000

It seems the file size didn't change after doing ftruncate, this subtest so far only failed when set the base dir as following layout, this is the test run for LU-16904, https://review.whamcloud.com/c/fs/lustre-release/+/53651/
