test_102 failed with the following error:

conf-sanity test_5h was added in patch https://review.whamcloud.com/34724 "LU-12206 mdt: mdt_init0 failure handling" (commit v2_12_53-54-gd1b5146eda) and should be skipped when running with older servers.
