[LU-17913] sanity-lnet test_220 is silently failing

Description

When running in host mode, lst.sh will fail to get the primary NIDs of the test nodes. This is a regression introduced by:

c265e1c7b0 LU-16861 obdfilter: Exclude quotes when getting NIDs

lst.sh does not return an error status in this case, so test_220() does not fail even though LST does not actually run.
